Requirements:  Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the PEB or construction industry.  Strong understanding of steel structures, fabrication, and erection processes.  Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.  Willingness to travel to project sites as required.  Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle site challenges.  Strong communication and team management abilities.
