🏗️ Position: Site EngineerExperience Required: 3–4 years Location: C-118, bajaj nagar, ipsa, Jaipur - 302015 Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Advertising / Infrastructure / Event Fabrication 🔧 Role Overview:We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in designing, fabrication, installation, and project execution. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of construction elements, vendor coordination, electrical setups (especially for LED screens), and complete documentation and reporting. 🔩 Key Responsibilities:🏗️ 1. Designing:Handle structural and architectural design for buildings and installation setups. Coordinate with structural designers and fabricators to finalize structural plans. Ensure designs are feasible for execution and aligned with site conditions. 🧰 2. Fabrication:Identify and onboard capable fabrication vendors. Oversee on-site labour and ensure fabrication work is executed as per approved designs. Ensure quality and timelines are maintained throughout the fabrication process. 🏗️ 3. Installation:Conduct thorough R&D on installation processes for various structures and technologies (especially LED screens). Collaborate with multiple vendors and internal installation teams to ensure seamless execution. Supervise installation on-site and troubleshoot any technical or coordination issues. ⚡ 4. Electrical Coordination:Understand the fundamental electrical requirements for installations, especially LED-based systems. Supervise a team of at least two electricians to manage on-site electrical work efficiently. Ensure all electrical installations are safe, compliant, and as per project specifications. 📝 5. Final Delivery & Reporting:Create and manage a realistic project timeline with clear milestones and deadlines. Maintain and update: MIS Reports (project status and performance) Inventory Reports (materials and stock) Finance Reports (cost tracking, vendor payments, etc.) 📂 6. Planning & Documentation:Ensure complete documentation for all phases – from design to delivery. Organize all communications, reports, approvals, and progress data. Maintain proper project documentation for audits, reviews, and future reference. ✅ Desired Candidate Profile:Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. 3–4 years of relevant experience in site project management and execution. Strong understanding of fabrication, structural installation, and basic electricals. Excellent coordination, planning, and vendor management skills. Proficiency in Excel, project tracking tools, and documentation. Ability to lead on-site teams and ensure timely, quality-driven project delivery.
