Project Planning & Execution: Overseeing all on-site activities for interior construction and renovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, according to Expertia AI. Reviewing and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and project plans to ensure accurate implementation on site. Coordinating with workers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, including designers, architects, and external agencies. Managing labor and site teams effectively, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative environment Communication & Reporting: Liaising with project managers, clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Providing progress updates, reports, and documentation, including maintaining detailed records of site activities.
