Job Vacancy: Shift Incharge
Location: Kashipur, (Uttarakhand)
Experience Required: 8–10 Years
Working Hours: 8 hours/day
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)
Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Shift Incharge to oversee daily operations and manage production shifts efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing/production supervision and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage shift operations to ensure smooth production flow
* Allocate tasks and manage workforce during the shift
* Monitor production processes and ensure quality standards are met
* Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments
* Maintain shift records and reports
* Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies
* Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues during the shift
Requirements:
* Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing/production environment
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to handle manpower and resolve on-floor challenges
* Knowledge of production planning and reporting
