Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules such as:
ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Event Management)
HRSD, CSM, SecOps, or other modules as needed
Develop custom workflows, scripts, integrations, UI policies, and business rules.
Create and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams and solution specs.
Participate in Agile/Scrum development lifecycle, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
Manage ServiceNow administration tasks such as user/group access, roles, instance upgrades, and patching.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and compliance standards.
Support the testing, debugging, and deployment of ServiceNow updates and new features.
Train end-users and provide post-implementation support.

Qualifications & Skills:

Essential:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development or administration.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and ServiceNow data models.
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM) preferred.

Desirable:

Experience with integrations using MID Server, web services, or third-party platforms (e.g., Azure, Jira, SCCM).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
