Servicenow Developer

Role & responsibilities

1. Candidates should have min 4 + yrs of experience in CSM implementation and Total Experience should be more than 6+ Yrs 
2. Develop and implement ServiceNow CSM solutions in alignment with client needs. 
3. Lead technical solution design sessions and contribute to process improvement and documentation within the CSM domain. 
4. Design, code, and troubleshoot applications within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on CSM modules. 
5. Manage the platform and infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of Customer Service Management processes. 
6. Provide advanced support for ServiceNow CSM, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and root cause analysis. 
7. ServiceNow Scripting 
8. Development & implementation 
9. Experience in UI Pages/Macros, Menus, Workspace, Workflows, Flow designers, Flow Actions, Integration Hub, Spokes, REST/SOAP API Solutioning 
10. Experience in Service Catalogue, Knowledge Management, Scoped Applications. Experience in Reporting & Performance Analytics 
11. Experience in Service Portal with JavaScript, Bootstrap, HTML, Server-Side Scripting & Style Sheets 
12. Experience in Application Development on ServiceNow, Experience in App Designer, Application Scope Access Controls 
13. Experience in UI Scripts, UI Policies, UI Policy Actions, Variables, Variable Sets, Business Rules, Script Includes, Glide System, Glide AJAX 
14. Knowledge of ServiceNow OOTB APIs, ServiceNow best practices
15. Candidates are expected to be good in English communication in Both verbal and written 
16. Candidates should be self-driven and individual contributors having min dependency on other team members as this will be Agile based execution model 
17. Candidates should be aware of Agile Project Execution Methodologies and Ceremonies and processes followed in Agile. 
18. Candidates should have a good understanding of overall development processes and quality processes followed within development processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Must-Have: Expertise in ServiceNow BPC, ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB) experience will be considered first.
• Certification - CSA,CAD and any other module certification is plus.
