Job Description

Position Overview: Kailash Infratech is seeking a highly experienced and technically sound Service Manager to lead its after-sales service operations across Satna, Rewa, Sidhi, and Panna. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with reputed construction equipment brands such as SANY, CAT, Kobelco, Komatsu, L&T, JCB, Hyundai, Volvo, or GEMMCO. This role demands strong leadership, customer handling expertise, and a deep understanding of heavy equipment service practices. Key Responsibilities:  Service Operations Oversight: o Manage day-to-day service activities including workshop and field operations for Tata Hitachi equipment. o Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery, preventive maintenance, and breakdown handling.  Team Supervision: o Lead a team of service engineers, technicians, and field support staff. o Conduct regular technical training and ensure skill development aligned with OEM standards.  Customer Relationship Management: o Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, fleet owners, and government departments. o Resolve escalated complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction (CSI).  Technical & Warranty Management: o Handle complex technical issues and coordinate with Tata Hitachi for escalations. o Ensure accurate documentation and submission of warranty claims.  Field Service Deployment: o Optimize field service response and manage AMC/CMC contract execution across remote and on-site locations.  Spare Parts Coordination: o Collaborate with the parts team to ensure availability of fast-moving and critical components. o Minimize equipment downtime through proactive service planning.  Revenue & Reporting: o Drive revenue generation through paid jobs, AMCs, and refurbishments. o Monitor KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and present performance reviews to management.  Compliance & Safety: o Enforce safety standards and compliance with Tata Hitachi and Kailash Infratech guidelines. Candidate Profile:  Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or related discipline  Experience: Minimum 10 years in service roles with reputed construction equipment manufacturers or dealerships such as: o SANY, CAT, Kobelco, Komatsu, L&T, JCB, Hyundai, Volvo, GEMMCO  Strong troubleshooting skills for excavators, backhoe loaders, compactors, wheel loaders, etc.  Familiar with CRM, DMS, job card software, and digital service reporting tools  Excellent leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills  Willing to travel across district sites and remote locations as needed  Can apply from any Tata Hitachi dealership Show more Show less
