The role based in Jalkot, Maharashtra, India requires you to conduct site visits, carry out various electrical tasks, coordinate with both senior and junior technicians, and supervise and mentor junior electrical engineers. Your responsibilities will include coordinating, scheduling, executing, and reporting on activities, performing electrical works such as installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, managing technicians, and guiding junior electrical engineers. To qualify for this position, you should hold a B.E/M.E degree in ECE, EEE, or a related field and possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical works, covering both AC and DC applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using laptops, smartphones, and mobile applications, have knowledge in handling AC and DC equipment, testing instruments, multimeters, and telecommunications systems. Effective technical skills, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, good communication skills (both verbal and written), project management expertise, and team management and leadership skills are also essential for this role. Key skills required for this position include coordination with candidates, servicing inverters, troubleshooting DC sub-systems, and the use of laptops, smartphones, and EIRA APP.
