Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Service Delivery Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of experience in branch banking and service delivery.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Analyze and resolve complex customer complaints and issues promptly.
Train and guide junior staff members to improve their skills and knowledge.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of branch banking operations and service delivery principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Proficiency in using technology and software applications to manage data and perform tasks.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
Experience working in a similar role within the BFSI industry is preferred.
