Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with expertise in liabilities, branch banking, and service delivery.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily branch operations for efficient service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Analyze and resolve complex customer complaints and issues promptly.
Train and guide junior staff members to improve their skills and knowledge.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of liabilities, branch banking, and service delivery principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using technology and software applications for managing customer interactions.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills to drive business growth.
Experience working in a similar role within the BFSI industry is preferred.
