We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer who lives and breathes visual storytelling.
Someone who can bring our brand to life through compelling design, stunning motion graphics,
and high-impact video content. You’ll be the go-to person for shaping the look and feel of
campaigns across digital, social, performance, and retail touchpoints — working closely with the
brand and marketing team.
You’re not just a designer. You’re a creative thinker, a visual problem-solver, and a culture
sponge.
● Lead visual execution across campaigns — from concept to final design — across
Instagram, YouTube, Performance Marketing Creatives, Website, and offline retail
collaterals etc.
● Craft design systems for product and brand storytelling: lookbooks, mailers, landing
pages, digital ads, and more.
● Translate brand positioning into bold, youth-first visuals that stand out in a crowded
space.
● Collaborate with copywriters, social media team, and marketing team to deliver 360
campaigns.
● Own and evolve the brand’s visual style guide across all marketing touchpoints.
● Edit video content for IG reels, YT shorts & Performance Marketing ads.
● Add motion graphics, kinetic typography, and music to elevate raw footage.
● Drive storytelling in short-form and long-form video formats while ensuring visual and
brand consistency.
3. Creative Direction & Collaboration
● Lead design brainstorms with junior designers and freelancers.
● Work closely with photographers, videographers, and agencies during campaign shoots.
● Collaborate with media and performance teams to adapt designs into high-converting
formats.
● 5–8 years of experience in graphic design with strong hands-on video editing skills.
● Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects
(mandatory).
● Strong sense of layout, typography, color, and composition for both static and motion
creatives.
● Experience in editing reels, product videos, and branded social content.
● Passion for fitness, sport, streetwear, and youth culture is a big plus.
● Proven experience creating visual content for D2C or lifestyle brands is preferred.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment with multiple stakeholders.
● Familiarity with 3D/CGI tools like Blender or Cinema 4D.
● Prior experience working on fashion, footwear, or FMCG campaigns.
● Interest in photography or hands-on shoot experience is a bonus.
