Role Overview

We’re hiring a Senior Video Editor & Creative Lead to head our video and design team. You’ll lead content creation across platforms, manage end-to-end production, and ensure high visual standards. This is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of editors and designers
• Develop visual content strategy aligned with business goals
• Oversee production of videos: campaigns, tutorials, reels, etc.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and branding teams
• Optimize creative workflows and manage timelines
• Stay current with trends, tools, and editing techniques
• (Preferred) Integrate 3D animation or motion graphics

Qualifications

• 5+ years in video editing and creative leadership
• Advanced in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong storytelling, design, and project management skills
• Experience optimizing content for digital and social media
• (Bonus) Proficiency in tools like Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.

Preferred Background

• Beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brand experience
• Startup or high-growth environment exposure
• Strong portfolio of video work and team leadership
