The Opportunity:

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of design projects, from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design strategies.
• Create and maintain style guides, design systems, and component libraries to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Lead the creation of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to refine designs and meet project goals.
• Mentor junior designers, provide constructive feedback, and guide them in their professional growth.
• Explore and implement innovative design solutions that improve usability and engagement.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate new tools and techniques into the design process.

To Qualify for the Role, You Should Have:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in designing complex digital experiences.
• Expertise in prototyping tools (Figma) and an understanding of HTML/CSS/JS for better collaboration with developers.
• A portfolio showcasing your ability to deliver user-focused, visually compelling designs and your design process.
