Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

In this role, you will provide ongoing recruitment expertise to Business Area Senior Managers and HR Managers, ensuring the continuous improvement of company's recruitment practices and hiring success. Many of company's internal customers are world-leading experts in their fields. Therefore, it is critical to build and maintain strong relationships not only with candidates but also with business partners and stakeholders.

About the Role

This role involves experience recruiting for roles in the APAC region. Should have hired for Asia Pacific regions like Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Australia, Japan, Korea, China, US and UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing recruitment expertise to Business Area Senior Managers and HR Managers.
• Ensure continuous improvement of company's recruitment practices and hiring success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, business partners, and stakeholders.
• Recruit for roles in the APAC region.

• Hire for Asia Pacific regions including Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Australia, Japan, Korea, China, US, and UK.

Qualifications

• Min 6+ years experience required.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in using ATS platforms (ORC).
• Sourcing tools is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in recruiting for the APAC region
