Job Description

Key Responsibilities -
  • Client Engagement and Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Identify client needs and propose tailored consulting solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops, presentations, and discussions to align stakeholders on project goals.
Project Leadership
  • Lead end-to-end consulting projects, ensuring on-time delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and risks, taking corrective actions when necessary.
Strategic Analysis and Problem Solving
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of client businesses, including market research, financial modeling, and operational assessments.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, growth, or innovation.
  • Develop actionable recommendations and implementation plans.
Team Management
  • Supervise and mentor junior consultants, providing guidance and career development support.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Allocate resources effectively across projects to maximize efficiency and impact.
Thought Leadership and Business Development
  • Contribute to the firm s thought leadership by developing insights, white papers, or industry reports.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including proposal development and client pitches.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes.
Educational Background
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Experience -
  • 5-8 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of leading consulting projects and managing client relationships.
  • Industry-specific experience (e.g., technology, healthcare, financial services) is a plus.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture and align project goals with client objectives.
  • Analytical Expertise: Proficient in data analysis, problem-solving, and financial modeling.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; skilled in delivering presentations.

  • Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business operations, market dynamics, and industry best practices.
  • Technical Proficiency
