Mission: Performed at Bangalore and under the responsibility of the Software QA Manager, we are looking for our new Senior Software Tester/Software QA Engineer. ACTIVITIES: Work closely with the Product Owner and the Development team as part of the Scrum team. Able to resume and share useful info when testing a software in order to reach a good global quality objective (Importance of reporting and clarity) Ensure the quality of deliverables by conducting relevant non-regression testing. Participate in the creation of comprehensive documentation for both internal and external stakeholders on the project need basis. Test code deliveries manually or using automatic tools following the qualification process. Developing the functional test cases, test data, execution, analysis and generate the report. Work in an agile mode, engaging in daily meetings with the development team, assisting in task estimation and prioritization, and actively participating in quarterly planning sessions (Program Increment). Helps process to constantly innovate and adapts (Be confident with you process monitoring skill). ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Reviewing and authorizing test reports. Preparing and delivering internal technical training sessions. Providing extensive technical support and analysis to internal teams, customers, and authorities. Engaging actively in the implementation of new services and projects for service improvement. Participating in audit preparations and actual audits. Engaging in technical discussions with authorities such as MasterCard, Discover, RuPay, and others. Autonomy on tasks planning. JOB EXPERIENCE Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in a related field. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Academic expertise in code development (delivery, optimization). Languages: Groovy, Java, Python, etc Tools: Any Automation tools Knowledgeable and experienced in working within a DevOps environment. Academic or professional knowledge of Agile frameworks. Willingness to learn and delve into project requirements. Openness to adopting and implementing new technologies. Academic knowledge of English, with fluency in spoken and written communication.
