Senior ServiceNow Developer (TSM / CSM) Hybrid | Pune / Bangalore

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer with expertise in TSM and/or CSM modules, you will play a vital role in designing and developing custom solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Your responsibilities will include working extensively with TSM and/or CSM modules, developing and integrating REST/SOAP APIs for external systems, customizing Service Portals, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Client Scripts. Additionally, you will contribute to platform enhancements, automation, and continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions. To be successful in this role, you should have 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, a strong knowledge of TSM and/or CSM modules, proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, APIs, and integration methods, experience with UI/UX customization using Service Portals, and a solid understanding of Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Workflows. Familiarity with ITIL processes such as Incident/Case, Change/Problem, CMDB is essential. Preference will be given to candidates who are certified in ServiceNow CSA, CSM, or TSM.
