Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior SEO executive with a strong agency background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for client service and team leadership. The ideal candidate will be proactive, outgoing, and capable of leading SEO initiatives for international clients while managing a performance-driven team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and search engine visibility.

* Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and site audits to identify growth opportunities.

* Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, images, and content, to align with SEO best practices.

* Manage technical SEO, including site speed optimization, crawlability, indexability, and structured data implementation.

* Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO-friendly content strategy and high-quality link-building efforts.

* Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.

* Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends to continuously refine SEO strategies.

* Work closely with the development and UX teams to implement SEO recommendations and enhance site architecture.

* Develop and report on SEO KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in SEO strategy development and execution.

* Strong proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.

* Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

* Experience with website analytics, keyword research, and backlink strategies.

* Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Shopify.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

* Ability to communicate SEO insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Familiarity with SEO for e-commerce and SaaS platforms.

* Experience with local SEO and international SEO strategies.

* Knowledge of voice search, AI-driven SEO, and emerging search trends.
