Senior Scrum Master

Responsibilities -

Total IT experience of 8+ years.

5-8 years overall experience as Scrum Master.

Good knowledge on Agile Methodologies and best practices.

Should have working knowledge in handling web applications.

Must have worked on end to end implementations.

Worked on Retrospective, Velocity, Story Points, JQL, Dashboards.

Facilitated scrum ceremonies.

Should have experience working with US teams.

Should have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Nice to have -

Agile CSM certification.

Agile SaFe methodologies knowledge.

Good to have previous experience as a developer on any technology preferably Java, Salesforce, React, DevOps etc
