Senior Sales Lead

We are looking for a Senior Sales Lead who can drive outbound sales efforts while also managing and mentoring a growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about closing deals, building outreach strategies, and leading by example. You will be directly responsible for cold outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.), managing the sales pipeline, and supporting your team in hitting targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute outbound sales campaigns via email, calls, and social platforms.
• Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns end-to-end, including content setup, audience segmentation, scheduling, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
• Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to demo to follow-up to closing.
• Monitor campaign metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, etc.) and optimize based on insights.
• Actively contribute to email marketing execution – from drafting content to setting up workflows in email tools.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales and email marketing professionals to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery.
• Help build, refine, and scale sales outreach and email processes.
• Maintain CRM tools and email automation platforms with accurate lead data.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, or inside sales.
• Previous experience managing or mentoring a sales team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable using CRMs, outreach tools, and sales automation platforms.
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to own outcomes and lead from the front.
• Organized, data-driven, and comfortable working toward aggressive targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
