Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Engineer based in Kochi. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and demonstrating the value of our digital design technology solutions. The role will involve preparing and delivering technical presentations, collaborating with the sales team to understand customer requirements, and offering proactive solutions to meet their needs.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and managing customer relationships
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment
• Familiarity with digital design technology solutions is a plus
