Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Relationship Manager, located in Gurugram. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients, developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, and ensuring the successful delivery of services. The role involves regular interactions with clients to understand their needs, resolving issues, and providing feedback to improve service offerings. The Senior Relationship Manager will also work closely with internal teams to align client needs with company objectives.
