About the Role:

• We are seeking a

  Senior Business Analyst / Product Planner

  to join our dynamic product team. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong background in business analysis, product planning, and exceptional leadership abilities. You will play a key role in defining product features, leading cross-functional initiatives, and bringing innovative ideas to life through wireframes, UI/UX design, and prototype development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams.
• Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and wireframes.
• Develop and manage product roadmaps, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
• Create low and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to demonstrate product features and UX flows.
• Work closely with design, development, QA, and marketing teams to deliver quality products.
• Define and execute Proof of Concept (PoC) projects to validate new ideas and technologies.
• Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform product direction.
• Take ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Act as a mentor and leader to junior analysts or UI/UX designers in the team.
• Present product vision and progress to executive stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

• Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in business analysis, product planning, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in

  wireframing

  and tools like Balsamiq, Figma, Adobe XD, Axure, or Sketch.
• Proven ability to design

  UI/UX

  flows with a user-first mindset.
• Hands-on experience building

  prototypes

  and

  Proof of Concepts

  .
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and product management best practices.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor juniors.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced product environment.
• Knowledge of modern tech stacks or working alongside tech teams.
• Certification in Agile, Scrum, or Product Management is a plus.
