SENIOR MANAGER, TECHNOLOGY OPERATIONS

The role at Walmart Global Tech involves contributing towards pioneering ad hoc analytics and exploratory data analysis for Walmart Connect, utilizing global data and new data harvested from the e-commerce platform. As a part of the team, you will influence decisions that impact decision-making processes and create significant outcomes at a large scale. Your responsibilities will include driving the organization's reporting and data strategy, setting the vision for advanced analytics, and influencing executive decisions through data-driven insights. You will pioneer the adoption of next-generation automation technologies and AI in business intelligence processes, establish data quality frameworks, and set enterprise standards for data visualization. In addition, you will lead and mentor a team of analysts, foster cross-functional partnerships with various teams, translate complex data analyses into actionable insights, and drive technical innovation and process improvement across the team. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in analytics, insights, or measurement. Retail Media or Advertising industry experience is a plus. You should possess expertise in SQL, Python, and advanced data visualization tools, along with exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
