Senior Machine Learning Engineer

You will be joining ClearTrail as a ML Engineer with 6-10 years of experience in Machine Learning and LLM skill set. ClearTrail is at the forefront of intelligence gathering, utilizing artificial intelligence and machine learning based lawful interception & communication analytics solutions to address some of the world's most complex challenges. As an ML Engineer at ClearTrail, you will be responsible for developing an end-to-end machine learning pipeline, encompassing model development, refinement, and implementation for various analytics problems. Your role will involve effectively communicating results to a diverse range of technical and non-technical audiences. Additionally, you will leverage your expertise in LLM to tackle problems using cutting-edge language models and off-the-shelf LLM services such as OpenAI models. Your responsibilities will also include staying updated with the latest advancements in AI, problem-solving, code debugging, and practical experience in working with large language and generative AI models, including transformers and GPT models. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in computer science & engineering, along with 6-10 years of proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role with LLM skill set. You should possess sound theoretical and practical knowledge of machine learning algorithms and hands-on experience with LLM applications. Proficiency in Python, Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, LangChain, and Transformers libraries is essential, along with expertise in techniques such as Exploratory Data Analysis, Machine Learning, Neural Networks, Hyperparameter tuning, Model performance metrics, and Model Deployment. Practical knowledge of LLM and its finetuning is also a mandatory requirement. While not mandatory, it would be advantageous to have skills in Deep Learning, MLOps, and SQL.
