Senior Interior Designer: 4 to 5 years

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Interior Designer to lead the design and development of innovative, functional, and aesthetically compelling managed office spaces. The ideal candidate has deep experience in workplace design, understands the dynamics of flexible work environments,

Key Responsibilities:

space planning, layout optimization, and furniture selection

Manage multiple office fit-out projects simultaneously from design through to execution

Oversee the development of design documentation including mood boards, material boards, floor plans, 3D visualizations, and construction drawings.

Coordinate with external consultants, vendors, architects, and contractors to ensure design intent and quality are maintained.

Work closely with internal teams such as Leasing and Operations to integrate functional and aesthetic needs.

Evaluate and select finishes, furnishings, and sustainable materials aligned with budget and operational goals

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in workplace/office design.

Technical Skills:

 Space Planning & Layout Optimization

 Concept Development & Mood Boards

 AutoCAD, SketchUp,

 Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

 Material Selection & Specification

 Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) Design
