We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team! This role requires a creative and detail-oriented professional who can take charge of projects from concept to completion, while ensuring exceptional design quality and client satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

* Collaborate closely with architects, clients, and the internal design team to develop and execute innovative design solutions.

* Conduct client meetings to understand requirements, present design concepts, and gather feedback.

* Research materials, trends, and concepts to support technical and aesthetic development.

* Create conceptual drawings and translate client needs into detailed plans and specifications.

* Manage the design process, project schedules, and coordination from initial concept through final completion.

* Produce furniture layouts, material selections, construction documentation, and specifications with minimal supervision.

* Participate in marketing efforts and prepare responses for requests for proposals (RFPs).

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience in interior design, preferably in a senior or lead role.

* Strong understanding of space planning, materials, and design software.

* Excellent communication and client-dealing skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines.
