Responsibilities: Proactively reach out to potential customers to generate new leads and close sales. Understand customer needs and effectively articulate the value proposition of our products/services. Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads through various stages of the sales cycle. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with the team to continuously improve sales strategies and processes. Requirements: Mandatory Graduate degree. Prior experience in any sales role is required. Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi are essential. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus. Must be an immediate joiner. Compensation: For candidates with any sales experience: 35,000 take-home salary. For candidates with experience in EdTech sales: 55,000 take-home salary. Work Schedule: 6 days working, with Sunday as a fixed off. Location: MG Road, Bengaluru. Apply Now!
