Senior Hardware Engineer (Full Stack)

As a Senior Hardware Engineer (Full Stack) at Enlog, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end development of our hardware systems. This role will require you to work on hardware design, firmware development, system integration, and production readiness. Your contribution will be crucial in building reliable, scalable, and intelligent hardware products that drive our next-generation solutions. Your key responsibilities will include leading the architecture, design, and development of embedded hardware systems such as MCUs, sensors, and power systems. You will also be developing firmware and embedded software for microcontrollers like STM32, ESP32, and AVR. Collaboration with software, mechanical, and product teams for seamless system integration will be essential, along with ownership of hardware testing, debugging, validation, and documentation. You will be driving prototyping and iterations from proof-of-concept to production, while also working closely with manufacturers and vendors for PCB fabrication, assembly, and testing. Optimization for performance, cost, and reliability will be key in this role. To be successful in this position, you should hold a Bachelors/Masters degree in Electronics, Electrical, or a related engineering field, along with 3-4 years of experience in embedded systems, hardware design, and product development. Proficiency in tools like Altium Designer, Eagle, or KiCAD for PCB design is required, as well as solid knowledge of microcontrollers, circuit design, sensors, and power electronics. Strong C/C++ coding skills for firmware development, familiarity with wireless protocols (Wi-Fi, BLE, Zigbee, etc.), and experience in debugging hardware using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc., are also essential. Experience with IoT platforms or edge computing, knowledge of Linux-based systems and scripting (Python/Bash), familiarity with cloud integration (MQTT, REST APIs), and prior exposure to a fast-paced startup environment are considered advantageous.
