Senior Graphic and Web Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Web & Graphic Designer to lead the design of engaging digital and visual content across web platforms and marketing assets. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio spanning UI/UX for websites, visual branding, digital ads, and presentations. This role combines strategic design thinking with hands on execution, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Design:

• Lead the design of websites, landing pages, and digital experiences from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with developers, marketers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Design wireframes, mockups, UI components, and interactive prototypes with a focus on usability and user experience.
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Stay current on design trends, tools, and technologies, applying best practices to deliver cutting-edge designs.
• Work closely with back end developers to ensure proper implementation of designs.

Graphic Design:

• Design marketing and branding collateral including brochures, banners, social media creatives, infographics, and corporate presentations.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, design systems, and visual identity assets.
• Create compelling visuals for web ads, digital campaigns, and product launches.
• Work closely with content and marketing teams to translate ideas into clear visual communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in both web and graphic design.
• Strong command of design tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Figma, or Sketch.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design principles.
• Experience in UI/UX design and a user-centered design approach.
• Excellent visual design skills – typography, layout, color theory, and branding.
• Familiarity with WordPress or CMS platforms from a design and layout perspective.
• Ability to interpret marketing briefs and translate them into impactful visuals.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both web and graphic design work.

Added Advantage:

• Experience designing for CMS platforms like WordPress or custom CMS.
• Knowledge of basic JavaScript interactions or animation tools like Lottie.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.
• Exposure to A/B testing, user analytics tools (like GA, Microsoft Clarity), and CRO techniques.
