Senior Fitter

Salary: Up to 45,000 CTC Experience: 10–15 years in maintenance, machine assembly, and fabrication Key Responsibilities: Operate and guide use of general-purpose tool room machinery (lathe, milling, drilling, grinding, welding). Oversee and perform minor machining operations for assembly adjustments. Repair and maintain mechanical systems such as pumps and gearboxes. Read and interpret technical drawings accurately. Lead and supervise a team of fitters and technicians. Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics preferred. General Requirements : Ability to work full-day shifts from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
