Job Description

Senior Facility Manager


Reporting to: Branch Head - Delhi


Experience : At least 14 years with strong Hospitality & IPC background.


- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees, vendors, and stakeholders.


Skills:


- Best Practices : Knowledge of industry best practices in office management & Real-estate management.


- Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations, building compliances.


- Leadership : Experience in leading a team in managing a facility/office clusters


- Budget Management: Develop and manage the soft services budget, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities


- Facility Upkeep : Ensuring that the building/facility is well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. Expertise in monitoring and developing SLA based cleaning schedules/contracts for all areas of the facility, including routine cleaning, deep cleaning, and specialized cleaning tasks. Employ industry best disposal practices, ensuring adherence to recycling as well as disposal stroke recycling contracts with vendors and identify cost-saving opportunities


- Turnout and Appearance : Candidate should display an excellent dress sense and have a pleasing personality



Location : Position will be based in Delhi
