Job Description

 Strategic HR Leadership= Provide strategic advice and counsel on HR-related matters, including talent management, organizational development, and change management. 

Talent Management = Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Manage employee retention strategies. 

Employee Relations = Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters. Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. 

Training and Development = Identify training and development needs and develop programs to address them.  


Qualifications: 

8+ years Experience in HR preferred candidates who have developed the HR division in startup companies.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 

Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. 

 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Proven ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
