Senior Executive - CRM

The role of a CRM Associate at PhonePe Group involves developing an in-depth understanding of logistics across various industry verticals such as F&B, Hospitality, FMCG, FMCD, Healthcare, Wellness, and Lifestyle. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end logistical network creation, management, and tracking metrics to enhance business performance. Additionally, strategies will be formulated to address challenges within these categories. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with the analytics and offer teams, collaborating with the engineering team for geography creation, working closely with the Pincode design team for banners, and ensuring the smooth execution of offers. It is vital to unlock gaps to facilitate the seamless activation of offers. To excel in this role, you should possess strong stakeholder management skills, proficiency in Excel, and a good understanding of SQL. While SQL knowledge is preferred, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience and will be working in an individual contributor capacity.
