Senior Digital Marketing Manager / Google Ads Expert

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and maintaining pay-per-click (PPC) strategies to drive quality traffic, generate leads, and maximize ROI. A strong understanding of Google Ads, keyword research, bid management, and campaign performance tracking is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
• Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with the creative team for banners and visuals.
• Implement A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to optimize campaign performance.
• Track and analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and paid media.
  

Primary Skills Required:

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads Editor, Google Keyword Planner, and Google Analytics.
• Understanding of Quality Score, bidding strategies, ad extensions, and audience targeting.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and metrics.
• Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, or Video) preferred.
