Senior Design Engineer – Creo

• Technical Leadership:

Drive and provide technical expertise in the design and development of powertrain components, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Cross-Functional Team Management:

Lead cross-functional teams in the integration, testing, and validation of powertrain systems across various engineering disciplines.

• Supplier Collaboration:

Work closely with suppliers and external partners to define, finalize, and deliver product requirements effectively.

• Design & Development:

Design and develop powertrain components with a strong focus on casting component design and optimization for manufacturability.

• Project & Workflow Management:

Plan and manage personal and team workflows to meet project milestones and deadlines efficiently.

• Mentorship:

Guide and mentor junior engineers, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

• Compliance & Quality Assurance:

Ensure that all designs meet applicable industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 per year

• Alwar City, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Mechanical design and development of Automotive Powertrain: 8 years (Required)
