Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and manage a team of data engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship to ensure their growth and development
Oversee the development and operation of modern data engineering solutions, including data ingestion, processing, integration, and governance
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
Develop and maintain generic frameworks for data engineering, and contribute to the broader data engineering organization

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Minimum 7+ years of experience in a data engineering or related role, with experience delivering and supporting software and data engineering capabilities
Solid design and software programming development skills, including experience with Python, SQL, and data testing frameworks
Experience with cloud services, preferably Azure, and experience building APIs
Experience with DevOps and CI/CD processes, and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies

DOMAIN EXPERTISE:

3+ years of experience building enterprise data solutions, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality data pipelines and analytics solutions
