🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement elicitation and business analysis for Life Insurance systems
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Collaborate with technical teams during design, development, and testing phases
• Drive new product launches or policy migration initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, taxation rules, and their impact on policy servicing
• Translate business requirements into use cases, process flows, and detailed documentation
• Conduct presentations, client workshops, and requirement walkthroughs
  

✅ Mandatory Skills & Experience

• ✅ Minimum 5+ years of experience in Life Insurance Group domain (US Market)
• ✅ Completed LOMA Certification (Mandatory)
• ✅ Experience with at least one Policy Administration System: Vantage / Ingenium / OIPA / IPAS / ALIP / EXIGEN
• ✅ Exposure to external interfacing systems for administration platforms
• ✅ Hands-on experience in new product launch, migration, or implementation
• ✅ Understanding of Compliance, Taxation, and Policy Servicing impacts
• ✅ Strong experience with Requirements Gathering, Use Cases, and Agile Methodology
• ✅ Proficient in MS Office, MS Visio, and documentation tools
• ✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
