About the opportunity: Remote-India -Support to PST time

Business Analyst to join our Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Forecast, budget, and account for IT projects.
• Serve as the business partner and operational point of contact for all financial processes related to IT projects.
• Ensure forecast accuracy by cost type.
• Assist Technical Project Managers with Clarity tool use for all processes.
• Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive project progress and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Sr. Business Analyst.
• Strong financial background, preferably with experience in IT project management.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL,Excel, Power BI)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, information Technology, or a related field.
• Master's degree in a related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CBAP).
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
