Senior Business Development Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager with a deep understanding of the fintech landscape, especially in pay-in/payout services and connected banking. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive new business opportunities, forge valuable partnerships, and support the expansion of our digital financial services.

Please note: Only candidates with experience in the fintech/payments/banking-tech domain will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard clients and strategic partners for our digital payment and fintech solutions.
• Promote our offerings including pay-in/payout services, connected banking, and UPI-based platforms.
• Conduct detailed market research to align our offerings with customer needs and evolving market trends.
• Implement and manage strategic plans to drive revenue and market penetration.
• Develop and nurture strong client relationships for long-term success.
• Work closely with tech and product teams to provide client-specific fintech solutions.
• Ensure consistent client engagement and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in business development or sales within fintech, digital payments, or banking technology.
• Strong domain knowledge of pay-in/payout systems, UPI infrastructure, and connected banking.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
• Candidates must be located in Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai, or Kolkata.
