Senior Business Data Analyst

You will play a key role in Traya, an Indian direct-to-consumer hair care brand platform that provides holistic treatment for individuals dealing with hair loss. Your responsibilities will involve taking high autonomy and complete ownership of Key Business Metrics for platforms web and app while closely collaborating with the leadership team. Your main tasks will revolve around hunting for insights in data and translating them into projects to drive revenue for the organization. Your core competencies should include data analysis, visualization, SQL, Python and Pandas, tagging implementation reporting and optimization, and data solutions. You will be expected to generate valuable insights from data to enhance conversion rates and platform engagement. This role will span across various departments within the organization, requiring close collaboration with product, tech, marketing, content, and brand teams. An added advantage for this role would be experience with tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Branch, AppsFlyer, and MoEngage.
