Senior Associate Growth & Marketing

As a part of Gritzo, a leading online nutrition brand in India, you will play a crucial role in driving topline growth through paid and organic marketing initiatives. You will be an integral member of the brand team at Gritzo, reporting to the Senior Manager of Marketing & Growth. This individual contributor (IC) role requires a balance of left brain and right brain attributes to effectively meet the responsibilities outlined below: Your primary responsibility will be to achieve annual revenue, searches, and traffic targets for Gritzo. You will lead all growth initiatives, including new channel growth, consumer acquisition through organic channels, and implementing new marketing strategies to enhance topline growth on the D2C website and E-Commerce channels. Additionally, you will be tasked with utilizing the proprietary Gritzo Growth Tracker app to drive acquisition and improve retention. Collaborating closely with the analytics team, you will analyze data to identify key geographies, target consumer demographics, and emerging trends to unlock new growth opportunities for the brand. You will take ownership of the D2C website and app journeys to enhance conversions, optimize imagery, and focus on improving user retention in coordination with the product and tech teams. Furthermore, you will be responsible for community building through organic channels, driving SEO by creating consistent, value-based content for parents. Your role will involve establishing a credible and authentic online community that finds our content useful. You will also lead initiatives to organize multi-city meet-ups for children, educating them on nutrition and empowering them to make informed food choices. In addition, you will spearhead the consumer charter for the Gritzo brand, gathering actionable insights to inform branding and product strategies for sustained long-term growth.
