Senior Architect / Interior designer

Responsibilities and Duties -

• The candidate should have good knowledge of corporate  Interior Design with work experience of 5 + Years in this field
• Undertake design project from concept to completion
• Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief”
• Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
• Team leading skills to Manage a team of junior designers 
• Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
• Work closely with designers, decorators, architects, and constructors, MEP consultants, clients etc, Proven working experience in designing interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions)
• Excellent portfolio of previous works and relevant experience in commercial office interiors, Hospitality Interiors etc 
• Worked on MSP or any other project tracker softwares 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proven track record of managing successful architectural/Interior Design projects.
