Job Description

Location – Ichchhapor, Surat
Salary – ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Handle complete accounts finalisation, including trial balance, ledger scrutiny, and bank reconciliations
Maintain accurate daily bookkeeping and entries in Tally ERP
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and ensure TDS compliance
Manage payables and receivables, along with vendor/customer ledger reconciliations
Generate and analyze monthly MIS reports, assist in budgeting and forecasting
Coordinate with auditors, CAs, and external consultants during audits and filings
Ensure timely and accurate statutory compliance and documentation
Track inventory movements in coordination with the stores and production teams
Record raw material conversions and update finished goods inventory in accounts
Calculate cost of goods sold (COGS) and evaluate finished goods accurately
Reconcile physical inventory with financial records to ensure zero discrepancies
Collaborate closely with production and store departments for real-time inventory reporting

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of accounting experience
Strong command over Tally ERP, GST filing, and account finalisation
Experience in inventory accounting and COGS calculation
Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently
