Senior Accounts Executive

Position: Senior Accounts Executive (Finance-Ecommerce Brand)

Location: 742, Basement, Udyog Vihar-Phase-5, Gurgaon.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience

CTC: Up to 4.2 Lacs Per Annum

Qualification:

1. Graduate in any stream.

2. B.Com in qualification & prior experience in an accounting firm will be an added advantage.

Role: Manage & perform day-to-day finance activities.

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of government compliances and statutory regulations.
• In-depth knowledge of taxation, including GST and TDS.
• Proficient in Tally and advanced MS Excel functions such as Vlookup, filters, and pivot tables.

Job Responsibilities

• Timely preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ISD) across multiple states, along with quarterly TDS return filing.
• Ensure accurate implementation and adherence to all applicable government compliances within the organization.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of creditors’ and debtors’ accounts to maintain financial accuracy.
• Prepare and manage MIS reports to support internal financial analysis and decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets and related documentation.
