Senior Accountant Executive

Role Overview

The Senior Account Executive will manage and oversee day-to-day accounting activities, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, support financial reporting, and assist with audits. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting standards and tax regulations.

The role will also involve coordinating closely with the junior accountant at the factory to ensure accurate and timely consolidation of financial data.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate records of day-to-day financial transactions
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, and manage vendor and customer payments
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis activities
• Assist with internal and statutory audits and coordinate with auditors
• Maintain general ledger, handle journal entries, and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Generate MIS reports and provide financial insights to management
• Coordinate with the junior accountant at the factory to ensure proper recording of inventory, expenses, and plant-level transactions
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (CA Inter preferred)
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance
• Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
• Must be comfortable working full-time from Kamla Nagar, Delhi corporate office
