About the Role We are hiring a passionate Seller Onboarding Specialist to join our team at KisanShop . This role is dedicated to identifying, contacting, and onboarding new sellers onto our agri-commerce platform — ensuring a smooth and seamless start for every new partner. Key Responsibilities Identify potential sellers (B2B/B2C) from agriculture and farming-related sectors Reach out via phone, WhatsApp, or email to explain platform benefits Guide sellers through the full onboarding process including registration and documentation Maintain detailed records of onboarding progress and daily follow-ups Coordinate with internal departments for seller activation Ensure every seller completes onboarding within defined timelines Requirements 1–3 years of experience in seller onboarding, telecalling, B2B relationship management, or marketplace operations Strong verbal communication in Hindi (Basic English preferred) Good organizational skills and follow-up discipline Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills Why Join KisanShop?
