Job Title: MechanicalSchedule Assistant Engineer
Location:
Manali, Chennai.
- Qualification: B. Tech/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferably with relevant industrial experienceand qualification in overhead refinery
- Experience: Min 1-3 years of experience in oil industries/Refinery (Heat Exchangers, valves, Air fin cooler, vessels, columns, Pumps, compressors)
- Expertise / Knowledge:
Maintenance of Heavy Equipment in Overhead Refinery (Rotary C Static).
- Knowledge of Heat Exchanger Maintenance Activities Like Blinding, Front dome
dropping, Bundle Pull Out, Hydro Test, Bundle Erection C Installation, De Blinding.
- Knowledge in Column Maintenance Activities Like Blinding, Manway Opening, Gas
Testing, Open All Tray Manways, Removal of Distributor, Tray Removal, Installation of
Trays, Distributor Installation, Tray Manway Box up, Box up Column Manways, DeBlinding.
- Knowledge in Reactor Maintenance Activities Like Blinding, Manway Opening, Gas
Testing, Open All Tray Manways, Catalyst Unloading, Inspection, Catalyst loading, Tray
Manway Box up, Box up Manways, De Blinding.
- Knowledge in Vessels Maintenance Activities Like Blinding, Manway Opening, Gas
Testing, Remove, Clean C Assemble the Filter Elements, Manway Box up, De Blinding.
- Knowledge in AFC Maintenance Activities Like Blinding, Plug Removal, Hydro Jetting,
Hydro Test, Plug Installation, De Blinding.
- Knowledge of Furnace/Heater Maintenance Activities Like Blinding, Manway Opening,
Gas Testing, Removal, C Cleaning Servicing of all burners, Hydrostatic Test, Burner
Fixing, Manway Box up, De Blinding.
- Knowledge in Compressor Maintenance Activities Regular oil changes and lubrication,
Inspection and Replacement of Air Filters, Monitoring and Adjusting oil level, Regular
Cleaning of Inlet Guide Vanes, Inspection and Replacement of Seals and Bearings.
- Knowledge in Pumps Maintenance Activities Like Inspect the Pump's Seal, Assess
Performance and Durability of the oil Drain Plug, Pump Casing, Discharge Flanges and
Suction, and The Bolts for Motor Alignment for Leakage and Damage, Including AirLeaks, remove oil From Bearing Bracket.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Go to refinery units on a regular basis to get updates
- Performing visual monitoring of activities from onsite and updating the task
details through the Application.
- Monitoring the activities on-site and updating the activities, also
maintaining the record of updates
- Continuous monitoring of ongoing tasks by going by at each equipment atregular
intervals
- Maintain good relationships with contractors performing the maintenance
activities and collaborate with them for regular updates.
