Job Title: Guidewire Developer Location: Gurugram Experience: 4–10 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications (Policy Center, Billing Center, or Claim Center). This role is ideal for candidates with a strong understanding of insurance business processes and hands-on experience in Guidewire configuration and integration. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Guidewire platform (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter).Customize Guidewire applications using Gosu programming and XML-based configurations.Work with business analysts and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into high-quality technical solutions.Develop APIs and integrations with external systems (e.g., rating engines, payment gateways, third-party vendors).Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning.Provide production support and troubleshoot complex issues as needed.Maintain documentation related to development processes, configurations, and system integrations.Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Product teams to ensure smooth deployment and continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications:Guidewire certification(s) (Configuration/Integration) is a strong plus.Experience in cloud deployments (AWS, Azure) is a bonus.Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, JIRA, etc.
