Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned HR IT Systems Specialist with deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically within the HR module, to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing HR technology solutions that support our strategic workforce initiatives. This role demands a strong understanding of HR processes, system configuration, and stakeholder engagement to ensure seamless integration and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, etc.).

• Collaborate with HR business partners to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations and workflows.

• Manage system upgrades, releases, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

• Provide technical guidance and support for data migration, integration with other enterprise systems (e.g., payroll, time tracking), and reporting.

• Conduct system testing, validation, and documentation in alignment with compliance and audit standards.

• Train HR users and stakeholders on system functionalities and best practices.

• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues to maintain high availability and reliability.

• Partner with global teams to align HR technology strategies and ensure consistency across regions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors HR modules.

• Proven track record in configuring and deploying multiple SuccessFactors modules.

• Strong understanding of HR processes and policies.

• Experience with integration tools and middleware (e.g., SAP CPI, Dell Boomi).

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) preferred.
